This website does not require registration and does not track users. We process only:

• Data voluntarily submitted through the forms ("Contact Us" and "Book the Experience"): first and last name, company (optional), email address, phone number, and the content of your message or request.
• Technical browsing data (IP address, server logs) automatically collected by the hosting provider for security purposes and proper operation of the service.

• Responding to information and quote requests submitted through the forms: the legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Security and technical operation of the website: legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your data is not used for marketing purposes and is not subject to automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Cookies and Tracking

This website uses no profiling cookies and no tracking tools. Only technical browser storage (sessionStorage) is used, to preserve the scroll position when switching language — storage strictly necessary for using the website, exempt from consent requirements. Fonts and graphic libraries are hosted directly on our servers. Traffic statistics are collected with Cloudflare Web Analytics: an aggregated, cookie-free measurement that stores no individual identifiers and does not track visitors across sites.

5. Data Recipients

Data submitted through the forms is transmitted to the Controller by email through:

• the contact-form delivery service Web3Forms, acting as data processor;
• the website hosting provider Cloudflare, Inc., acting as data processor.

Your data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for commercial purposes. Any transfer outside the EU by the providers takes place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions (Art. 44 et seq. GDPR).

6. Retention Period

Data submitted through the forms is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless legal obligations apply or a contractual relationship is established.

7. Your Rights

Under Arts. 15-22 GDPR you have the right to access your data, request rectification or erasure, restrict processing, data portability, and to object to processing. You can exercise your rights by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
