About Us

Triade Sail Academy was founded to break down the boundaries between high-performance professional sailing and the corporate/private world. We bring the adrenaline of Extreme 40 catamarans and the resilient mindset of Olympic sailors to teams and individuals striving for excellence. We offer experiential Team building for companies and private individuals with numerous opportunities for collaboration.

Safety at sea

Your Safety, Our Priority

The Extreme 40 catamaran is the Formula 1 of sailing boats on Lake Garda—an impressive multihull boat (12x20 meters), spacious and extremely safe, crewed exclusively by professional sailors. During every outing, the catamaran is constantly accompanied and shadowed by a dedicated support boat. Safety is absolute.

Premium Gear Included

You won't have to worry about a thing. We provide each participant with top-of-the-line technical safety equipment: protective helmet, ergonomic life jacket, and a Triade Sail Academy branded lycra shirt, plus exclusive gifts at the end of the experience.

Corporate Hospitality

Hospitality & Briefing at Circolo Vela Torbole

The experience begins on land. We welcome teams in the meeting room of the Yacht Club (Circolo Vela Torbole) for preparatory briefings with our performance psychologists and coaches. Additionally, we organize customized catering: lunches, gala dinners, or informal buffets directly at the club's exclusive facilities.

Team Building on Lake Garda

Every outing is skippered by professional sailors experienced in managing corporate groups in complete safety; for our Performance programs, the team can be joined by Olympic and world sailing champions, delivering a level of coaching and technical excellence hard to match anywhere else on Lake Garda.

Our sailing team building activities take place mainly in the northern basin of Lake Garda, focused on Torbole and Riva del Garda — areas internationally renowned for their optimal wind conditions (the Ora and Pelèr thermal winds), perfect for technical and exhilarating outings.
